With his best friend Juggy (Manjot Singh) tagging along, Param travels to Alleppey (Alappuzha) to meet Sundari. What follows is a clash of cultures – coconut trees, backwaters, elephant rides, Ayurveda, Kalaripayattu, Kathakali, and even the stereotypical “Malayali nurse” – all showcased within the first hour.

Sundari runs a homestay and isn’t too welcoming at first, though her younger sister Ammu (Inayat Verma) quickly warms up to Param. Sundari’s uncle Bhargavan (Renji Panicker) is outright hostile.
